This online ballot submission system is specifically prepared for use by a Uniformed Service Member, a spouse or dependent of a member, or a U.S. citizen residing overseas. If you are not a military or overseas voter, you are not eligible to use this system. See Article 8.3 of Title 1, C.R.S.
